Consent-scoped export

Only people who opted in and have not since opted out are included. A STOP reply or an unsubscribe removes that contact method from the file, per channel, so someone who left texts still appears with their email. The file is decrypted server-side and every export is written to the audit log. Name, ZIP and phone stay encrypted at rest; street address is not collected.

You are viewing personal data. Every page you load and every export is recorded in the audit log with your account and IP. Access is limited to SPLC's voter-education purpose.

Edits save as a draft. Players only see changes after you click Publish live — which pushes to web, iOS, and Android with no app update. Points are set by each card's level and aren't edited here.

New campaign

Every send re-checks consent + suppression at send time. Numbers that replied STOP are blocked automatically, SMS goes to 18+ opted-in numbers only, and off-hours texts defer to 9am. Sending stays disabled until config/messaging.enabled = true.

Invite an administrator

An administrator can read every player's personal data, export the contact list and send messages to it. Invite only people whose access SPLC has approved. Every invite and removal on this page is written to the audit log against your account.

Limited to splcenter.org and kanonusolutions.com addresses. They receive a link to set their own password, then must enrol two-factor before the console will open. You never handle their password.
